It was very clean with friendly staff. Room was a good value for price. Would return there because of the proximity to gorilla.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to public transport and within walking distance to major attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing quick check-in and helpful recommendations. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. the hotel offered a tasty buffet-style breakfast, providing a convenient start to the day.
While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a couple of drawbacks. The secondary double glazing was not completely effective in blocking out the noise from the bustling city streets.
